We had big shoes to fill following up with our ever-popular C7 Corvette Rear Diffuser Fins, but our designers were up to the task. You can see certain design elements that were carried over from the previous generation and design from the images below.

When it comes to diffusers, many designs tend to exaggerate proportions and add-on large, protruding planar surfaces with long, thin fins. Although this design has clear benefits for racing, it may not match the overall style of the car for everyday driving. Our goal was to create a diffuser that integrates with the C8's subtle and sleek design, but still deliver on the performance end.

And if you ever decide to remove the diffuser, you can do so quickly and easily - this modification is completely reversible. Simply remove the mounting hardware, and no visible modification can be seen.

The Carbon Flash Black finish is recommended by us if you are looking for that true OEM appearance and stealthy look.
Custom painted options
If you are looking for a bolder look, then we also offer custom body color options such as Torch Red, Arctic White, and Elkhart Lake Blue to name a few. We love the look of the body color match finish, and we have even seen some customers use opposite colors to create a contrast!

How the ACS C8 Stingray Diffuser Insert is made
Made with precision
The ACS C8 Stingray Rear Diffuser Insert is designed with precision in mind, ensuring a perfect fit with the C8 Stingray's rear valence. The digital design process guarantees that the diffuser insert is tailored to the exact specifications of the C8 Stingray, providing a seamless integration with the vehicle.
Each surface is carefully calculated to yield a part with sharp, crisp edges, and lines that match the style of the 2020+ Stingray. The design is only the first step in this process. Next step is to create a prototype of the product to get a better understanding of the product in real life. Once we are satisfied with the results, we can move on to production and where our injection process begins and brings the C8 Diffuser to life.

To manufacture the ACS C8 Diffuser Inserts, we utilize PC Composite, a high-quality material known for its durability and strength. Injection molding with PC Composite allows for consistent, accurate production of the diffuser inserts, ensuring not only an A-class finish, but also a seamless fit onto the C8 Stingray's rear valence.

How to install the ACS C8 Stingray Rear Diffuser Insert
Installing the ACS C8 Stingray Rear Diffuser Insert is a breeze, and can be done with just a few basic tools. The modification requires only four simple holes to be drilled on the unpainted undercarriage pan, and can be completed in under an hour.
The ACS C8 Diffuser Insert utilizes mounting brackets we developed to secure the Insert to your C8's diffuser. This ensures we do not need to drill into the OEM diffuser and make it a permanent mod. The rest of the Diffuser Insert is held in place with a series of screws and nuts using OEM mounting points.

While lifting your car is not required it can definitely be helpful since this is an area that will require you to access behind your diffuser (no diffuser panel removal required). You can see in our install video below that Joseph is using 4" ramps to get extra access.

And if you ever want to revert back to the original configuration, the ACS Diffuser Inserts are completely reversible. With the included instructions and hardware, you'll have everything you need to take your C8 Stingray to the next level.
Vehicle fitment
The ACS C8 Diffuser Insert only fits the 2020+ C8 Corvette Stingray (both non-Z51 and Z51).
Aftermarket exhausts
While we cannot evaluate all aftermarket exhausts, the Corsa x Lingenfelter and AWE exhaust systems will not fit out of the box. However, if you have the Corsa exhaust, then reach out to us and we can modify the bracket and Inserts to accomodate the larger cannisters.
For customer's with the AWE exhaust, the heat shield bracket will need to be trimmed to accomodate the install bracket.
