All orders will be processed at prices in effect at time of receipt of order.

Damage Claims
Carrier assumes responsibility upon receipt of goods. All claims for damages or shortages must be filed by the purchaser with the carrier within five days after receipt of goods with a copy to ADVANCED COMPOSITE SPECIALTIES.

Back Orders
Upon receipt of order, our sales department will notify you of any back-ordered items(s). Once back-ordered items become available, you will be notified before item is shipped. Back order items for pre-paid freight shipments will be shipped pre-paid once item is available.

Return of Goods
Before any item can be returned, you must call for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Goods returned for possible warranty claim must be shipped PREPAID and INSURED in ORIGINAL carton using ORIGINAL packaging material with RMA number appearing on outside of carton. COPY OF ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH SHIPMENT.

ADVANCED COMPOSITE SPECIALTIES (ACS) PARTS WARRANTY

All ACS parts are covered by a 90 day warranty, to be free from defects in material and workmanship, from date of retail purchase (proof of purchase required). There are NO OTHER warranties expressed or implied on ACS hoods.
Parts are warrantied to the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable or assignable. A copy of the original dated sales receipt must be accompany any part returned for a warranty claim. During the warranty period, ACS will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part found to be defective in material and workmanship. All parts must be returned with shipping PREPAID to ACS in Montreal, Quebec. COD shipments will be refused. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from ACS before returning any hood.
IN THE EVEN OF A POSSIBLE DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ACS IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO EITHER THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE HOOD. ACS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A) INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY DAMGES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW; B) ACTUAL OR ALLEGED LABOR, TRANSPORTATION, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL CHARGES; C) STORAGE OR RENTAL CAR CHARGES.
